The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research of the Republic of Iraq / Directorate of Scholarships and Cultural Relations is honored to announce the launch of the electronic application platform dedicated to scholarships for foreign students, Arab or international. This is the second edition of the Study in Iraq program, for the academic year 2024-2025. The program includes three study channels, namely fully funded scholarships, half-funded scholarships, and self-financed studies.
For this matter, we would like to mention that the program currently provides 14322 places for studies at 59 accredited Iraqi universities and colleges, state or private institutions, for candidates who want to obtain graduate or postgraduate degrees within various specializations.

Please note that the application period starts from the beginning of April, 2024 and lasts until the beginning of June, 2024 for postgraduate studies, respectively until the middle of August, 2024 for undergraduate studies.
